Made the decision to deactivate Instagram/Threads for now to focus on myself, my daughter, and the relationship with my girlfriend. I find the pull of distraction too strong now when I’m feeling low or stressed. I need to regain my focus before I can return to it.

I still plan on sharing the micro thoughts and photos on my website, Four Sides.
